NDs Crossing the Finish Line

If you're anything like me, you find this time of year a little...cluttered. $864,000 NIH grant awarded to NCNM Research Institute
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) recently awarded National College of Natural Medicine’s (NCNM's) Helfgott Research Institute a four-year, $864,000 grant to continue its Research in Complementary and Alternative Medicine Program (R-CAMP). On November 17, students and faculty from the University of Bridgeport College of Naturopathic Medicine (UBCNM) hosted the finish line event to celebrate the completion of a cross-country run undertaken to promote awareness of the need to transform our nation's health. Dr. Dennis Godby, nephew Jonas Ely, and two sons Isaiah and Jeremiah began their journey in July, starting in San Francisco, Calif., and traversing the continent. Just prior to completing their epic run, the four men made a special appearance at the AANMC Fall Forum in New York City. READ MORE >>
