Jennifer Holdorf, Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Jennifer Holdorf, ND is the founder of New Start Naturopathic in Shelton, Conn. She uses a combination of clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, homeopathy and craniosacral therapy in her practice. She treats a variety of conditions, both acute and chronic, while healing the body from the inside out.
Dr. Holdorf is also certified as a FirstLine therapist. She uses diet and lifestyle modifications to achieve optimal body composition, sustain balanced energy levels and prevent chronic disease.
Dr. Holdorf received her doctorate from University of Bridgeport College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2010. She received her BS in biology from Iona College in 2004, and following graduation worked at the Sidney Kimmel Center for Prostate and Urologic Cancers at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. She has spoken to autism, multiple sclerosis, lyme disease and breast cancer support groups in the state of Conn. and appeared on Conn. Channel 8 News in August of 2011. Dr. Holdorf is excited to practice in the field of naturopathic medicine and continues to be inspired by her patients, colleagues, family and friends.
