Michelle Qaqundah, Naturopathic Doctor

Michelle Qaqundah, ND, is a naturopathic doctor who is board-certified in naturopathic medicine and is currently Director of Naturopathic Medicine at Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA). She earned her undergraduate degree in human biology with emphasis on the physical, psychological, sociological and spiritual aspects of the human self from Scripps College in California. Her training in naturopathic medicine occurred at the National College of Natural Medicine in Oregon, and included a special emphasis on women’s health and oncology. After a two-year hospital-based residency in naturopathic oncology at CTCA at Southwestern Regional Medical Center, she was hired as a staff naturopath. She later acted as the interim director before moving to Philadelphia to direct the Naturopathic Medicine Department at Eastern Regional Medical Center.

Dr. Qaqundah belongs to several professional organizations, including: The International Society for Complementary Medicine Research (ISCMR), Society of Integrative Oncology (SIO), American Holistic Medical Association (AHMA), and the Oncology Association of Naturopathic Physicians (OncANP), where she serves as treasurer on the board of directors. Additionally, she has lectured extensively on the CTCA seminar circuit and at other venues, such as the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians (AANP) conference.
