Shelese Pratt, Naturopathic Doctor
Shelese Pratt, ND, graduated with a BA in biology from the University of Colorado. In 2004, she graduated from the National College of Natural Medicine (NCNM) – a nationally recognized, four-year naturopathic medical program in Portland, Ore. World-renowned homeopath and teacher Will Taylor, MD, mentored her for three years during her study. Dr. Pratt earned both a doctor of naturopathic medicine degree and a certificate in homeopathic medicine, and spent two years studying in NCNM’s Classical Chinese Medicine school.
In 1998, Dr. Pratt started working with Susan McCrossin, the founder of Brain Integration Technique (BIT) at the Learning Enhancement Center. BIT is a cutting-edge technique based on principles of applied physiology and acupressure that assesses and corrects learning difficulties in children and adults.
Dr. Pratt is trained as a primary care physician and has a family practice in Boulder, Colo. She specializes in treating patients with ADD, ADHD, dyslexia, learning difficulties, and emotional trauma. Dr. Pratt uses clinical nutrition, homeopathy, botanical medicine, hydrotherapy, and brain integration to restore physiological function to the body and tissues.
Dr. Pratt decided to become a doctor after years of searching for quality health care. She strives to serve patients with an open heart, and fully appreciate the situation of the individual. She looks for comprehensive health solutions and works with each client to ensure specific needs are addressed. As Dr. Pratt says, “I am dedicated to helping people maximize their personal potential in order to meet challenging life goals in optimal health.”
