Student Profile

David Geller, Naturopathic Medical Student, Class of 2014

David Geller is a second-year student at the National College of Natural Medicine (NCNM) in Portland, Ore.

David received his bachelor of science degree in recreation management with a minor in consumer marketing and advertising from the University of Vermont. His passion for winter recreation activities led to his involvement in wilderness first aid and emergency medicine. After working with Outward Bound for several years, he decided to pursue an education in chiropractic medicine at a college in Los Angeles. However after receiving a certificate in massage therapy, David realized that naturopathic medicine was more of his calling because of the diversity in healing modalities it offered.

David plans to be a naturopathic physician with his roots in physical medicine, and to pursue working with Native American populations in health education.
