Lisa Laughlin, Naturopathic Medical Student, Class of 2014
Lisa Laughlin is a second-year student at the University of Bridgeport College of Naturopathic Medicine (UBCNM) in Bridgeport, Conn.
Lisa has a bachelor's degree from Saint Michael's College in psychology with a minor in East Asian studies. In her fourth year as an undergraduate Lisa realized the importance of the connection between the mind and body. Exploring this connection through naturopathic medicine seemed to be her destiny. She took a year off after college to finish prerequisites and started at UBCNM a year after receiving her bachelor's degree.
Lisa looks forward to opening up her own practice, with the foundations of naturopathic philosophy at its core, and to use her knowledge of different healing modalities to treat a diverse population.
