Ryan Partovi, Naturopathic Medical Student, Class of 2010
Ryan Darius Partovi, JD, MIFHI, is a fourth-year naturopathic medical student at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine (SCNM) in Tempe, Ariz. Ryan earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 2000, and he was awarded his Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 2004. He also completed two years of basic sciences coursework at St. George’s University School of Medicine in 2007.
Ryan has been involved with the Institute for Human Individuality (IfHI) for a number of years, becoming a fellow in 2003 and a master in 2005. He has served as a certified educator at the Institute since 2003, educating the public about the impact of individualized nutrition on longevity, health and wellness. Ryan first saw the potential and power of naturopathic medicine when working as an undergraduate researcher at the Emory University Center for Molecular Medicine in 1998. Since that time, he has worked to bring naturopathic medicine to the public. After graduation, Ryan plans to focus his practice on longevity medicine – prolonging life by improving health.
