Ariana Balayan, Admissions Counselor
Ariana Balayan is currently pursuing an EdD in Higher Education Leadership through Nova Southeastern University. She holds an MEd in creative arts in learning from Lesley University and a BA in theatre and dramatic literature from Wheaton College, Mass. At UBCNM, she primarily counsels naturopathic medical and physician assistant applicants. Ariana serves as the chair of the professional development committee for the New England Association of Graduate Admissions Professionals (NEGAP). She also chairs AANMC’s marketing and recruitment committee. In her spare time, Ariana enjoys directing for the stage, singing and spending time with family, friends and her adopted dog.
I am passionate about my role as a student advisor due to the positive energy of the prospective students, the wonderful faculty and staff, and the exceptional health sciences resources at UBCNM. As the chair of the AANMC marketing and recruitment committee, I’m thrilled to collaborate with the wonderful members from each accredited school!
